Mansib Ibrahim

Mansib Ibrahim was born in 1984 in Kozhikode, Kerala, India, and completed his education at Markaz Higher Secondary School, St. Joseph's College Devagiri, and the University of Calicut.

He began his tutoring career while still a Grade 11 student. In 2008, he launched his own tutoring venture in Qatar and founded the London Education Centre (LEC) — since providing personalised tutoring to thousands of students, including members of the Qatari Royal Family.

Today, LEC operates two branches in Qatar and one in Saudi Arabia, with tutors from more than ten countries serving students across its divisions. The organisation has also established companies in the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, and India.

Through LEC's Vision 2035 initiative, Mansib is leading an ambitious expansion of personalised tutoring to 100 countries, spanning home tutoring, centre tutoring, online tutoring, and premium tutoring.

As part of LEC's social impact mission, he launched LEC Smiles, an initiative dedicated to supporting the educational journey of one million financially disadvantaged students.

Mansib is a member of several international tutoring organisations, including The Tutors' Association (TTA), London, reflecting his ongoing commitment to advancing global standards in personalised education.

He is the founder and host of Roots Rewind, a podcast series exploring the childhood journeys of accomplished individuals across diverse fields — uncovering the early experiences, parental support, and mentors that shaped their paths to success.
